Nicolle Kopping-Pavars practices, Collaborative Family Law, Fertility Law and is an agent for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.
Nicolle is dedicated to using inspiration and motivation in her every day practice while successfully guiding families through difficult transitions.
Nicolle is a lawyer in good standing on two continents (Canada and South Africa).
Nicolle describes herself as a Peacemaker and has dedicated herself to introducing Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence to the legal profession.
Nicolle has been a meditation and Mindfulness practitioner since 2009 and in 2016 she completed Warrior One’s Mindfulness in Law Teacher Training with instructors Judi Cohen, Scott Rogers, Robert Chender, A.J. Kutchins, and Alisa Gray.
In 2017 Nicolle furthered her Mindfulness teacher training when she went to Thailand for two weeks to study with the Monks in the Northern part of Thailand and deepened her practice and teaching by completing a Mindfulness teacher training certification though the teachings of the Venerable Luang Por Pramote Pamojjo (Thailand) in December 2017.
Nicolle created Lotus-Law in 2018 and now dedicates herself to introducing Meditation, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence to the legal profession.
Nicolle conducts workshops on Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence both in North America and Southern Africa and continues to host meditation clinics for colleagues within Toronto.
