Annabelle Berrios is a Social Impact Practitioner working in California’s Bay Area. She is committed to to support individuals, organizations and collaboratives to work more effectively for equitable and sustainable outcomes. She does this through leadership development intensives as well as coaching on application of practical tools.
Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, she received a J.D from Boston College Law School and a MA in East West Psychology from the California Institute for Integral Studies. She is trained in the Radical Transformational Leadership framework developed by Dr. Monica Sharma, former Director of Leadership Training for Developing Countries at the United Nations. She has also received numerous training in restorative practices, and has co-led restorative justice community circle learning programs in English and Spanish.
Annabelle was first introduced to Spiral Dynamics by Dr. Vernice Solimar, former Chair of Integral Psychology at JFK University. She is intrigued by how an understanding of stages of social development could support conscious participation in the evolution of the legal system.
